Rajen Raval's career began in a manufacturing facility, where he quickly developed a passion for supply chain management. This early experience led to roles in process building, data modeling, and systems integration, eventually propelling him into the consulting world and opportunities in the USA in the mid-90s. His significant career advancement came at Coca-Cola's IT organization, where he worked globally within the supply chain and manufacturing divisions, gaining exposure to diverse cultures and complex challenges.

Rajen has led strategic initiatives in enterprise systems, manufacturing solutions, and supply chain optimization, significantly contributing to growth and profitability. A notable achievement was spearheading the digital transformation for Coca-Cola's North American and Canadian bottling partners, integrating systems onto a single platform to enhance efficiency and profitability.
