Bio
Former HR Business Partner/Senior Talent Acquisition professional with experience across many industries (chemicals, industrial manufacturing, consumer products, financial services) within both U.S. and Global Fortune 500 corporations. Coaching, counseling, and recruiting has been focused at all levels within corporations. Experienced mentor to early in career professionals.
Prior Experience
I started my HR career doing college recruiting on campuses for my employer. Subsequently, I spend my career as an HR Business Partner and Talent Acquisition Leader. My coaching, consulting, interviewing, and candidate development skills align well with the responsibilities of a mentor. I have personally mentored several early in career direct reports throughout my professional years. More recently, I was a mentor with the Community in Schools program within Charlotte.
Why Mentor?
I believe my personal and professional background combined with my inate coaching skills would enable me to be effective mentoring college students. I was fortunate to have experienced the benefits of quality mentorships early in my career and would like to provide the same experience to others starting out on their professional journey.
