Todd has over 25 years of experience designing and leading business transformation (step change) and business improvement (incremental change) programs for Fortune 100 companies. His expertise spans a range of methodologies, including TQM, Reengineering, Lean, Six Sigma, and BPM. Todd’s approach centers on clearly defining business strategies and objectives, then implementing process, organizational, and technological changes in an integrated design to achieve those goals.
With more than 20 years at Exxon and The Coca-Cola Company, Todd has a deep understanding of the challenges companies face when transforming their businesses. In addition, his 15 years of management consulting experience have provided him with a broad perspective on best practices across industries and functions. His cross-functional expertise includes designing and leading change initiatives in areas such as Innovation, Sales and Marketing, Supply Chain, P2P, HR, Finance, and IT. Todd’s career began as an operations engineer, equipping him with a strong foundation for addressing diverse organizational challenges.
Currently, Todd leads business transformation programs for ScottMadden's Corporate and Shared Services clients, with a focus on multi-function initiatives. His work often includes conducting assessments to identify leading practices and opportunities for improvement, as well as leading the design and implementation of transformative strategies.
A former athlete and active coach of youth baseball teams, Todd’s consulting philosophy is rooted in coaching principles. He views business transformation as a team sport, where success depends on aligning objectives across all players and developing each team member to achieve peak performance in their role. Todd believes that the first responsibility of a leader is to field the best team possible and foster collaboration to drive exceptional results.
