I worked my way through college and then spent 35 years in the Coca-Cola system. 30 of those years were in people leadership roles in both small and large teams. I had various roles in manufacturing, warehousing, logistics, finance, plant management, supply chain strategy, project management, customer supply chain support, franchise leadership, and capability development

Prior Experience

I have 30 years experience in people leadership roles where people development was an important component of my responsibilities. I have also participated in formal and informal mentoring relationships as both a mentor and mentee.

Why Mentor?

As I am now retired, I want to find ways to continue to help people develop, as this was one of the things I enjoyed most in my working life.
