Pam is passionate about guiding the next generation of leaders. As a mentor, Pam brings a wealth of experience in coaching individuals to think critically, solve complex problems, and lead with influence.

A passionate advocate for continuous improvement, Pam has also served as a mentor and leader in several initiatives, including the Sealed Air Women’s Initiative Network and local workforce development programs. Recognized with the prestigious Women MAKE Award in 2016, Pam is committed to empowering others to achieve success in supply chain and beyond.

Prior Experience

I have not been a mentor to others but have been formally mentored by the ex-CEO of Sealed Air and informally mentored by several leaders at Sealed Air.

Why Mentor?

I believe I can be a good mentor to college students. I remember the trials and tribulations I went through during that period in my life. Neither of my parents went to college so they weren't able to provide any advice during that time in my life other than, "study hard and have fun". I believe there are other college students out there that need someone to help them.
