Bio

Lauren is a seasoned multi-functional, multi-industry veteran, having led teams in digital transformation, product management, strategy development and execution, and marketing strategy over her 20+ year career. She has built and led teams, created operational programs, and been a cultural leader across the organizations she's been a part of, which include tenures at Barings, Red Ventures, Wells Fargo, and most recently, Compass Digital (a division of Compass Group, NA), where she led digital transformation, innovation, and marketing and communications strategy for the digital team supporting the healthcare sectors.

When not at the office, Lauren enjoys reading, traveling, keeping fit, learning to play piano, and spending time with friends and her husband and two active boys.
