Bio
Julia is Sr. Manager of Culture and Care for Coca-Cola Consolidated, where she oversees faith-based programs and transformation initiatives for the largest Coca-Cola bottler in the U.S. Prior to this position, she was Director of DEI Services for Zurich North America. She previously held the position of Assistant Vice President of Employment Law at Zurich, a global insurance carrier where she served for 7 years. Julia has more than 20 years of experience as an employment attorney, primarily in corporate legal departments. Her passion for workplace culture and purpose-driven organizational initiatives led her to make a career change in recent years and brought her to Coca-Cola Consolidated, which is a leader in these areas.
Prior Experience
At a prior company, we had a formal mentoring program where I mentored high school students. In my personal life, I'm always mentoring those in their twenties through my church.
Why Mentor?
I always want to be investing in the next generation. Because I have switched companies and had some health challenges in recent years, I haven't been able to be a part of a formal mentoring program for a little bit but I'm eager to get back to it.
