With 20+ years of experience in change management, corporate comms, employee engagement, and all things culture, Sonja’s superpower is making complex change feel human, doable, and even inspiring. She’s worked across industries from global transportation to chemical manufacturing, and most recently led internal comms, change, and belonging strategy at a global packaging company. Today, Sonja offers this expertise directly to clients through her consultancy - Verve Consulting LLC.

Sonja has a Master’s in Organizational Development (Queen’s University, Charlotte, NC), a Political Science degree, and an HR certification (McGill University, Montreal, Canada) — but it’s her curiosity, creativity, and people-first mindset that really set her apart.
